Refund policy

At Glamtote, we want you to love every product you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please go through our return and exchange guidelines below:


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, Earrings are non-returnable & non-exchangeable unless damaged/defective.

  • Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Conditions for Return

  • Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items returned without original packaging or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.

  • In case of a wrong product received or manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or style change (if available).

  • If the desired product is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or refund (as applicable).

  • Bags and jewelry (except earrings) are eligible for exchange if they meet the above conditions.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Return/Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team at Glamtotejpr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product pictures.

  • Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment through any courier service of their choice, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange, refund, or store credit as applicable.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized / Personalized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Final sale/clearance items


7. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
