1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Other Locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Remote / Interior Areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or festive seasons.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all COD & Prepaid orders above ₹999.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with a tracking link.

You can track your order anytime through our website or courier partner’s tracking page.
5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.

International shipping will be announced soon.
6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at Glamtotejpr@gmail.com with your order details.

Glamtote will assist you in tracking and resolving courier-related issues.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for delays or lost/stolen packages caused by courier services after dispatch.

However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos at Glamtotejpr@gmail.com.
8. Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details.

Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned, and additional shipping charges may apply.
