  • Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or COD (Cash on Delivery).

  • In case of COD orders, refusal to accept delivery may affect your eligibility for future orders.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) will be added at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Glamtote is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our Returns & Exchange Policy governs all returns, refunds, and replacements.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.
